Processing & Production Times

All Purenova products are carefully prepared and inspected before shipment. Once your order is placed, it enters preparation within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Each item is thoroughly checked and securely packed to guarantee delivery in perfect condition. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may extend to 3–5 business days.

Delivery Times

Your order is shipped in secure packaging to prevent any damage. The timeframes below include processing, quality control, and transit.

  • France — Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Belgium, Switzerland & Luxembourg — Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days

  • Europe — Estimated delivery: 10–18 business days. Times may vary based on the destination country and local postal services.

  • United States & Canada — Estimated delivery: 12–20 business days

  • Rest of the World — Estimated delivery: 15–30 business days

Customs & International Taxes

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs, are determined by local customs authorities, and are outside of our control. Purenova cannot predict or refund these fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update after shipment. If you have not received your tracking details within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@purenova.com.

Delivery Delays

While we do everything possible to meet estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to seasonal peak volume, carrier delays, customs inspections for international shipments, or unforeseen weather and logistical issues. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. Please include your order number along with clear photos of the packaging and the product (if damaged). We will investigate and provide a replacement or appropriate solution.

Address Accuracy

Please carefully verify your shipping address during checkout. Purenova is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Packages returned due to address errors may incur additional reshipping fees.

All products are carefully packed in reinforced, shock-resistant packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
