Products and Services

Purenova offers dishwasher racks and related home accessories. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product at any time. Product images and previews are digital representations and may slightly differ from the final product due to manufacturing processes, materials, lighting, or screen display differences.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed at the incorrect price. Payment must be made at the time of purchase using our accepted payment methods. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount.

Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product or pricing errors, suspicion of fraud or unauthorized transactions, or technical and production issues. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Return and Refund Policy

Purenova is committed to providing high-quality products. In case of dissatisfaction, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss available options. We do not accept returns for subjective dissatisfaction regarding style or design after receipt, change of mind after the order has been processed, or products damaged due to customer misuse.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@purenova.com, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective item. If approved, we will provide a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, layouts, images, and software, is the property of Purenova or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Purenova, its logo, branding, and product designs are registered trademarks. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable laws or regulations, infringe upon the rights of others, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the security or functionality of the Site, or use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without authorization. We reserve the right to terminate your access for any violation of these Terms.

Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant Purenova a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display this content for marketing and promotional purposes. You represent that the submitted content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights.
